In the past few weeks we’ve been working on some more menu items. We’ve been really focused on perfecting our fried chicken and deviled eggs.
We made a trio of deviled eggs: the classic, smoked Salmon & capers and mapled bacon. We really wanted to give the classic deviled egg some flare or a little something extra. Hopefully, when you try these you are reminded of your grandmother’s house, or those potluck dinners you had as a kid!
The fried chicken was marinated in seasoned buttermilk and bourbon. Fried crispy and drizzled with a sage honey and served alongside a zucchini and summer squash gratin and sautéed mustard greens.
