Meet the Staff – FOH Manager

So it has been awhile since I posted on our blog, life is busy when you’re running a food truck. So it’s probably time I introduced myself. I’m Kayla and I am the one behind most of the blog, Facebook and Instagram posts. My titles include Front of House Manager, Baker, Line Cook, Marketing Manager, Chef’s Wife, Owner, among many others. I was born and raised in Iowa, smack dab in the middle of 5 kids and started working in customer service when I was 14. After high school I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do I was interested in culinary, medical, event planning, graphic design, and business management, So owning-operating a food truck lets me use all of those interests and talents. When not working at Well Seasoned you might have me baking barefoot in my kitchen at home, working on one of my various craft projects or doing various event planning.

Hello there! Welcome to our website! Let me tell you a little about who we are and what we are working on; we are a family working on an upscale casual restaurant concept with a menu inspired by comfort food from all over the world.

Currently we are working on menu development. We hope to bring you some of what we are working on through a pop-up restaurant. For those of you who may not know what that is, it is where we will bring our restaurant concept into  a venue for a night or two so you can experience what we are working on.
