Where are you located?

We are always moving around! We have some consistent spots like the Food Truck Faire on Thursdays in downtown Omaha. For the latest info on where we are check out our calendar or any of our social media. You can also find us, when we are open, on the Omaha Food Truck Association app for locating open food trucks! (iPhone and Android)

What catering options do I have?

We have a variety of different options, we can bring the trailer and you can order and pick up from the window with pre-set or regular menu options, buffet catering, plated catering, passed hors d’oeuvres, and drop off catering to in-home dinner parties or business events are just a few of the options. We love to work with our guests and create exactly what is desired for every event.

What are your minimums/fees?

Our minimums/fees vary depending on the event and the level of service required. Is it full service from the trailer? Is it only a drop off? Is it a full service plated meal? These are some of the questions we will ask to build on your event and define our pricing structure.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. We do charge a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions over $350.

How big is your trailer? How much space do you need?

Our truck and trailer are about 45 feet long, or about the width and of 6 average parking spaces. We can disconnect the trailer from the truck, once we are in a location, in order to save about half that space during an event.

How far in advance do I need to book your service?

Once you know your event date the sooner the better. Larger events such as receptions typically book 3-6 months in advance. While corporate catering events usually book 1-2 weeks in advance. However, even if your event is tomorrow, give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to help!
